Irresponsible Attitude of Indian Railways
S.Z. Mallick
Last Day Friday, 02570 New Delhi Darbhanga FS Special reached Muzaffarpur from Delhi in 48 hours, who will pay the compensation for the loss of the passenger? Passengers are stranded and distressed. The Railways have yet to make any arrangements for them.

How can the Central Government’s railway department be so irresponsible? It’s unfortunate that the Railways collect ticket money to all passengers, but, when If tickets are return or cancel then cash-strapped, they charge cut the 25 to 50 percent from customers.
However, if a train gets stuck due to a technical fault, leaving Lome-sume thousands of passengers stranded and hungry and thirsty, the Railways is left speechless. No one takes cognizance of it, and there’s no solution to the passengers’ problems.

Shame on such a department, which treats passengers like insects. Should we now lose faith in the Railways in this Modi Yug ?
Some are traveling hungry and thirsty in an emergency, while others are visiting their families or taking exams. In such dire circumstances, doesn’t the railway have any responsibility to address these passengers’ problems? Will the railway compensate them?
